I have only used them for occasional faxings, shipping etc - but have found the staff to be extremely helpful. One of my staff had a complicated problem faxing a driver's license - and they solved the entire issue and charged her a very low fee.
Be careful of the convenience factor. I was shocked that a 14 x 14 sized item that weighed less than a pound cost me almost $70.00 for packing and shipping. I should have walked out, wrapped it in some bubble wrap and shipped through the USPS for a third of the price.
Very friendly service
Ive tried calling on numerous occasions. The staff either does not answer the phone or their phone system is garbage. Either way. Terrible customer service. I will be moving my business elsewhere. Use them at your own risk and aggravation.
